Celebrating Festive Traditions In Williamstown!

As we began the month of December we enjoyed so many wonderful holiday traditions with family, friends and our dear residents! We started off the season with a Holiday Cookie Exchange everyone displayed their special hand made treats with pride and recipes!!! The residents had a ball sampling all the different and most delicious goodies! As we moved along, we had Santa visit our home with a wonderful Holiday Experience with music, laughter, presents and more! Everyone had an opportunity to sit on Santa's lap and put in their Christmas List.....
As you can see this kept us in stitches all day! Santa was such a great sport!!!! And what a perfect Santa he was. Soon after we enjoyed a wonderful Associate Holiday Event with music, food, Santa & his elf and much much more! It was a wonderful, festive holiday time had by all!

As if that wasn't enough for the opening days of September, we also had a wonderful event with Rabbi Rappaport of Vineland, NJ celebrating the special and historic traditions of Hanukkah! The rabbi told wonderful stories of the Macabees and Judith and all the heroes of that time, which is why we celebrate the wonderful festival of lights!
The rabbi also kept everyone in stitches with his wonderful humor and his special menorah kepah and more. Rabbi even made room visits for those who were not feeling well to bring joy to everyone! We are so excited to learn and celebrate all of the special traditions of our residents, families, and associates and honor them all!

We look forward to all of the rest of the holiday fun. Today the Hanukkah dogs will be visiting so watch for our next blog to see them!

Happy Holidays Everyone!
