Family at Juniper Village at Williamstown

As we end the beautiful month of November we have so very much to be grateful for! We have shared so many wonderful moments during this most radiant month. We have enjoyed family, friends and all our furry friends! Spending special time with best friends, as we held many socials throughout the month, enjoying beautiful art class with our guest local artists, as well as enjoying our very special annual Thanksgiving Extravaganza with residents, families and friends!
Everyone had a ball. We also enjoyed a wide variety of music throughout our home! As you can see our "home-dog" Gunner, has been a little mischievous since returning from obedience training, but he is living up to his name and like most charmers of his type, he has captured the hearts of everyone! He just has the "X" Factor, I guess you could say! I have heard so much sheer laughter through our community since our beloved Gunner has arrived on the scene!

It has been a blessing to see so many wonderful family and friends as we continue to cherish the journey of life together! We invite you to join us for the many wonderful events we have coming up in December!

We look forward to making every moment count as we cherish the blessing of love, family and friendship here at Juniper Village at Williamstown! The doors are open and the coffee and hot chocolate are just waiting for you to enjoy! See you soon!

"Cherish The Journey of Life With Us!"

As we begin this beautiful month of November, we can't help but be filled with gratitude as we look around and see all of our blessings! We are dedicated to cherishing the journey of life at Juniper Village of Williamstown at every stage of life and we celebrate all that is precious! We are thankful that our dear friends and families are on the mend after Hurricane Sandy hit our area and our hearts and prayers continue to cover them.

As we continue to cherish the journey with family, friends and precious loved ones, we enjoyed a beautiful Fall Harvest Celebration with an old fashioned Barber Shop Quartet! Everyone sang along to the old favorites and enjoyed the delights of the Harvest along with brilliance of color! Everyone celebrated with family and friends and enjoyed many memories of old! In addition, we remembered the celebration of life for all of our dear residents who have passed in the past year with our Annual Candle Light Vigil Ceremony, along with Samaritan Hospice! It was so dear to see our beloved friends again and remember their precious loved ones with them! We were serenaded with the beautiful Harp Artistry of Mary Groce, which created a beautiful setting for this special remembrance! In addition, of course our very own house pet, 'Gunner" graduated obedience training and had a very special ceremony and celebration and has brought so much joy to all of our residents since his return. We also welcomed new kittens and enjoyed a beautiful day of pet therapy!

We wish everyone a blessed Thanksgiving with family and friends this holiday! Remember to cherish the journey of life and enjoy every precious moment together with family, friends and community!

"Show Your Colors"

As we end our month of October with our Community/Family Halloween Event, it brought much needed cheer, joy and laughter to our community! At Juniper Village of Williamstown, it is all about celebrating life with family, friends and our friends throughout the community! Everyone in attendance felt the joy, and were inspired even more to make every moment of celebration count!

As we all know Hurricane Sandy was the most catastrophic storm of its kind to every hit the United States! It was completely unique in its makeup and has caused devastation, loss of life, homes and property to millions of our fellow Americans! This is not something our country needed at this time, when millions of people are already finding themselves in difficult times with the fall of our economy! We are all so blessed to have survived this storm and we do not take that lightly at Juniper Village! We opened our doors to our community to assist in whatever is needed and to be an extension of family and community in the Williamstown area those surrounding us.

We decided not to cancel this event in the hopes of lifting the spirits of those who were able to attend. We had great attendance at our event and we were so happy to bring an uplifting event to help take our eyes of the problem and put our focus once again on the joy of children, family, community and friends!

Juniper of Williamstown is keeping everyone in prayer as we come out of storm Sandy and we wish everyone a speedy and strong recovery as we rebuild together!
