The Environment - "Breathe In Life"

"Breathe In Life" at Juniper Village of Williamstown!

As we enjoy our Alive in All Seasons Theme of "Breathe In Life" we are overjoyed with the beauty of our environment! Our residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to learn about "Green Farming" and "Going Green" and all of the latest methods of taking care of our environment and doing our best to protect it for the generations to come! They also enjoyed the sweet "Breath of Life" as we took a beautiful journey through Green Farms, Corn Fields, and an Enchanted Forest! It was a most
beautiful day and the residents couldn't stop talking about all of the breathtaking beauty that is in our environment as a gift to enjoy! Of course after a very delicious green lunch of fresh salads, soups and garden veggies we had to stop for some homemade ice cream and the day was complete! Now That is Truly Total Bliss!

As we say goodbye to summer, we invited our community and all of the surrounding areas to attend our Annual Go Green Free Shredding Event! Community Friends came from everywhere and enjoyed coffee, cookies, pastries, and beverages provided by Miracle Ear and Interim Health who co-sponsored the event with us! Juniper Village is committed to creating and maintaining great friendships throughout our communities
and we are proud to co-sponsor wonderful events for our community with such quality local businesses and health care partners! Together with our Partners In Caring we created a truly wonderful event!

As we all clear out our clutter from summer we look forward to the fresh new breath of fall with all of the beauty it too shall bring! We invite you to join us for all of our upcoming events this fall! We'll "See You In September" as the song goes!

"Breathe In Life" At Juniper Village of Williamstown!

As we celebrate our "Alive In All Seasons Theme" of "The Environment" this month, we are ever mindful of the magnificent beauty in our world and all the precious people we are sharing it with! We are dedicated to being a "Green" company and we incorporate that into all of our events! This month we had a blast as we began with a trip to our local Chevy Dealership at the Turnersville Auto Mall w/ Sales Manager, Marsh Chambers as we surprised him and all of his guys with Hot Pretzels! We were a wonderful surprise in their day and they were gracious in showing our residents all the latest technology and green/electric cars! Our residents love posing with the shiny new green cars!

We then followed that outing with a trip to the Healthy Garden restaurant in Voorhees, NJ for a green/organic healthy lunch!
Everything was prepared fresh and our residents enjoyed a beautiful array of garden fresh veggies with sweet green tea and more! Everyone at Healthy Garden made it a very special time! Of course we had to stop for some Ice Cold Frozen Yogurt for dessert!

Our most recent celebration was our Annual Community Outreach Event on August 7th! We celebrated in a huge way this year with our "Teddy Bear Connection" Event which starred "Elvis" /Mark Reno, a retired Cherry Hill Police Officer! We raised an enormous number of teddy bears (over 4- 50 gallon bags full) to be given to Mark's charity for children and Traumatic incident victims, Children's Hospital, Red Cross and
children of domestic abuse! We shared this beautiful community event with our Partners In Caring, Liscio's Bakery on the BlackHorse Pike in Williamstown. Laura Casaletto, General Manager of Liscios's personally delivered two full sheet cakes designed with specialized artwork of Elvis and The Teddy Bears donated by Liscio's for the event! In addition we also shared this event with our Partners in Caring, My Favorite Muffin on Cross Keys Road in Sicklerville, owned and operated by Steve Hauser who donated two huge trays of "Blueberry Muffins" for the event! We also hosted our local Senator and many, many friends, family and Partners in Caring from our local community! We celebrated The Breath of Life with a wonderful Elvis show, delicious cake and pastries, great community friends and family enjoying what is truly important in life, Love, Family, Friends, Community, Helping Others, Music and Dance!

We invite you to join us in "The Breath of Life" as we "celebrate" life in our community! Also catch us touring the community in the coming months as we give back with gifts of cheer to our local community! Don't be afraid to honk your horn or give us a wave as the Juniper Van drives on by!
