Holiday Season 2011 at Juniper of Williamstown!

Juniper Village of Williamstown, NJ celebrated the 2011 Holiday Season with Abundant Joy!  We began the holiday season with our Family Holiday Party and enjoyed wonderful food, great entertainment with Mr. Ron Bass (Saxcat Ron) on Sax in Wellspring and the David Dowell Orchestra in the Village Building!  It was a full on Party!!!!!!!! Everyone enjoyed all of the beautiful Holiday decorations, music and most importantly family and friends!  After this event, we decided to keep the party going all month long!  We then had the very special honor of hosting a beautiful Children's Theatrical Drama given by the Children and Directors of Victory Christian Academy!  They were amazing!  They were so wonderful and the costuming and set designs were beautiful!  Everyone was so moved by the beautiful drama and the diligence of such young children.  As we moved along, we celebrated with the continued beauty of the "Arts" throughout the season with the beautiful music of many wonderful Classical Musicians, Singers, and Artists throughout the season.  We were also very honored to host the Classical Children's Ensemble from Maestro Studios of Haddonfield, NJ. The children performed, classical piano, and violin pieces under the masterful direction of Mr. Robert Bradshaw. Mr. Bradshaw is the Director of Maestro Studios and is a Classical Violinist as well!  It was absolutely beautiful!  After that we continued our holiday festivities with many holiday concerts that included the sounds of the harp, cello, violin and vocalists! Our residents even took a special evening out to tour the beautiful Holiday Lights and enjoy wonderful Hot Chocolate and Holiday Pastries! Even Santa showed up on our journey unexpectedly!

We decided to say goodby to 2011 with a bang!  So we through a rockin New Year's Eve Party with the wonderful, traditional sounds of Philadelphia's best String Bands and the most celebrative "Mummers", with the traditional "Mummers" costuming and dance!  The residents in both buildings were up and jumping!  It was truly a most wonderful celebration and salute to our history in 2011 and anticipation of great things for the future!  Everyone had a ball!  We had a wonderful Shrimp Alfredo luncheon with Sparkling Champagnes and delicious desserts!  The dancing was amazing and even one of our own family members got up and taught me the true "Mummer's" dance!  It was truly a very touching experience!  In addition, many of our residents took me aside and told me how it brought back so many wonderful memories of their family histories and childhoods!  That's what it's all about!  Making memories and celebrating every moment of Life!  We celebrated with our families and most of all the many grandchildren and great grandchildren that love to come to our home now and take part in the very festive events going on here in Williamstown.  Let's remember that Life is A Gift and it is meant to be Celebrated!  We invite you to come and join us as we kick off  2012 with great anticipation and making every moment count Happy, Happy New Year Everyone!
