"The Strong Shall Survive!"

As we celebrate our "Alive In All Seasons" theme this month, we are delighted to celebrate the wonderful achievements of our residents at Juniper Village of Williamstown,NJ in achieving their high fitness goals! We held a fitness walking contest during the entire month of May and we celebrated our winners with 1st place, Elizabeth Beetle, 2nd Place Betty Mulroy, Pat Bertolami, and Alice Lalor and 3rd Place Elizabeth Bowes, Margie Mckenna, and Marie Kleber and many more honorable mentions! They were awarded at a ceremony and received prizes and had a fun celebration! In addition, everyone who participated was a winner in the best prize of all, increased health, fitness and overall better quality of life!

In addition, we celebrated our Memorial Day Holiday Weekend by honoring all of our resident vets and all vets and servicemen and women who have and are so gallantly serving our great nation in Strength, Honor, Courage and Integrity! We were honored to have very special guest, Colonel Brian Scully and his family, along with the Yellow Ribbon Club and Warrior Riders and our very own Leslie Drummond, D.O.W. President and CEO of the Yellow Ribbon Club with us to create this very special event and honor! In addition we celebrated with musical concerts throughout the weekend by wonderful local musicians and we even had a very special guest, Chelsea the Parrot who joined in to honor our vets!

Our residents also enjoyed a fun filled time creating beautiful crafts of vase's out of books, and holiday festive crafts with our wonderful concierge /activity assistant, Joe Cannizzo. They had a ball the entire weekend long and that's what it's all about!

We at Juniper Village of Williamstown honor and thank all of our great service men and women who continually dedicate themselves in standing strong and sacrificing everything to provide the beautiful freedom we enjoy every day! We invite you to be our special guests of honor any time you are in the area!

Spring's Vibrant Emergence!

Spring has emerged in its vibrant glory here at Juniper Village at Williamstown! We enjoyed a wonderful week long celebration for our Nurses celebrating Nurse's week! Our nurses were treated to a kick off celebration concert and breakfast outing, beautiful gifts handmade by our residents, a spa day with massage therapy, and so much more! In addition, we had wonderful magic/comedy event's with wonderful interactive magic tricks the entire family enjoyed! The children and adults were totally amazed at the magic being done right before their own eyes!!! "How Do They Do That"????

In addition, we had a beautiful Mother's Day Family Celebration Cocktail Party with delightful entertainment, delicious delights & the joy of being surrounded with family and friends!
